Welcome to Momentum Membership ("Membership", "we", "us", or "our"), owned and operated by Kristin Morris Coaching.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Momentum Membership website, portal, content, community spaces, digital resources, and services.

By enrolling in Momentum Membership, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase the membership.

2. Eligibility

Momentum Membership is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

By joining, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

All information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Description of Services

Momentum Membership is a subscription-based educational program designed for coaches and online business owners. Your membership may include:

Training programs and mini-courses

Masterclasses and workshops

Templates, frameworks, and downloadable resources

Community access

Business development tools

Bonus content added periodically

We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or remove features at any time to support the evolution of the membership.

4. Subscription and Billing

Recurring Payments

Your membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified at checkout.

By purchasing, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

Retry the payment

Suspend your access

Restrict access to materials until payment is received

Continued non-payment may result in termination of your membership.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Important:

Cancellation prevents future billing.

Payments already made are non-refundable.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital content and intellectual property, Momentum Membership operates a strict no-refunds policy unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.

If a promotional guarantee is offered, the specific terms of that guarantee will apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials within Momentum Membership are proprietary and owned by Kristin Morris Coaching.

This includes but is not limited to:

Course content

Videos and trainings

Workbooks

Templates

Frameworks

Branding

Methodologies

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

Share login credentials

Upload content to file-sharing platforms

Resell or sublicense materials

Use content to create competing programs

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

8. Personal Use Only

Your membership is granted for individual use only.

Company-wide use, team sharing, or allowing multiple users under one login is strictly prohibited unless a corporate licence has been purchased.

9. Community Standards

If the membership includes access to a community or discussion space, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

We reserve the right to remove any member who:

Harasses others

Engages in abusive behaviour

Promotes hate or discrimination

Solicits members without permission

Disrupts the learning environment

Removal due to misconduct will not result in a refund.

10. Results Disclaimer

Momentum Membership provides educational and informational resources only.

We do not guarantee:

Business success

Revenue growth

Client acquisition

Audience growth

Specific financial outcomes

Your results depend on factors including effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.

11. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Nothing within Momentum Membership constitutes financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

The membership is not therapy or counselling.

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

12. Confidentiality

You agree not to share confidential information disclosed by other members.

Respecting the privacy of fellow entrepreneurs is a condition of membership.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristin Morris Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in Momentum Membership.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the membership in the preceding 12 months.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms.

Examples include:

Payment disputes or chargebacks

Intellectual property violations

Community misconduct

Illegal activity

No refunds will be issued upon termination for breach.

15. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Improper chargebacks may result in immediate termination and recovery actions.

16. Data Protection

Your use of Momentum Membership is also governed by our Privacy Policy below.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
